Welcome to my Floral World…
After years spent in retail floristry, I could tell that weddings were where my heart was to be found, and Hibiscus Floral Design was born. The scale, scope and sense of transformation you get when fully flowering a venue never fails to give me a rush of joy, and being able to bring lovely couples’ floral dreams into soft, romantic reality is truly special – it’s a feeling I wish I could bottle.
I work from my studio in rural Warwickshire, and it’s my favourite place to be. Imagine me surrounded by buckets and blooms, sketches and stems, listening to my favourite upbeat playlist and making sure each individual blossom and bloom is looking its best for you.
Quintessentially English Wedding Flowers
Since starting Hibiscus Floral Design more than ten years ago, I’m very proud to have become a longstanding recommended supplier at many stunning venues across Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. While each of them has their own distinct personality, they’re united by the way they celebrate the English countryside. My floral style is particularly well suited to these sorts of rural idylls – beautiful buildings set in rolling fields or among flower filled gardens, where the boundaries between inside and outside seem to blur.
A specialist in luxurious, quintessentially English weddings, I love to use British flowers as much as I can, and my designs use a mix of layered, sculptural texture paired with cascading fluidity. At once softly romantic and sumptuously elegant, your wedding flowers will reflect your personal style, while beautifully complementing your venue.
Beyond the Blooms...When not in my flower studio, you can usually find me haring about in the great outdoors with my twin boys – we’re always off on little adventures.
I love being by the sea, and will head to the beach with the kids at the slightest opportunity. Give me a family day full of sunshine, an evening salsa dance class and a plate full of spicy, fragrant Pad Thai for dinner, and I’m a very happy lady!
