A palette of violet, mauve and soft blush — with s A palette of violet, mauve and soft blush — with striking alliums, delicate trailing clematis, scented jasmine and the prettiest double hellebores creating an effortless spring garden feel at @primrosehillfarm today.

These beautiful double hellebores are one of my favourite spring flowers — delicate, romantic and quietly luxurious, nestled amongst airy textures and soft seasonal foliage.

Designed as part of my regular floral styling at this beautiful countryside venue, offering inspiration for couples drawn to relaxed, garden-inspired flowers that feel perfectly at home in this light-filled barn setting.

THE MOST beautiful part of a wedding is the part t THE MOST beautiful part of a wedding is the part that doesn’t last.

Flowers are the only part of a wedding designed to be fleeting… and that’s exactly what makes them so powerful.

For one beautiful moment in time, they transform a space, frame a ceremony, and bring emotion into every corner of the day.

Romantic, natural and completely unforgettable.

Just like a wedding should be.

A Monday in March. The quiet inhale before weddin A Monday in March.

The quiet inhale before wedding season truly begins.

The days are getting lighter, the first spring flowers are starting to show off, and my mind is already filled with colour palettes, stem counts, site visits, styled shoots & wedding prep.

Today started with a floral installation at @crockwellweddings, followed by a church site visit to walk through ceremony florals, then back to the office responding to 2027 enquiries from the weekend, revising moodboards, ordering stock and all the behind-the-scenes planning.

A mix of creativity, logistics… and honestly, I love every part of it. 🌿✨

All the little details now, so everything feels effortless on the day.
Planning your wedding flowers and wondering what’s Planning your wedding flowers and wondering what’s truly essential… and what’s simply a beautiful extra?

It’s one of the questions couples ask me most. With so many inspiring ideas out there, it can be hard to know where to begin.

As a wedding florist, I always encourage couples to start with the pieces that naturally become part of the story of the day — the flowers you hold, wear, or stand beside during those unforgettable moments.

Once those are in place, the additional details can elevate the atmosphere and bring a sense of abundance to the celebration.

There’s no right or wrong approach. It simply comes down to the experience you want to create and how you’d like your flowers to shape the day.

Save this for later if you’re planning your wedding flowers, and I’d love to know — are you drawn to a more understated look, or do you believe there’s no such thing as too many flowers?

I love Pinterest 🤍 It’s a brilliant place to explo I love Pinterest 🤍
It’s a brilliant place to explore ideas and start understanding what you’re drawn to.

But here’s what it doesn’t always show…
Many Pinterest images
✨ have unlimited budgets
✨ are styled shoots — not real weddings

And what you don’t see:
• the labour
• the mechanics
• the setup time
• the true scale of real spaces

Real weddings need flowers that work in real life.

Copying a photo rarely gives the same result — because it was never designed for your space, your budget, your timeline.

The goal isn’t copying.
It’s translating the feeling you love
into flowers that work beautifully for your day.

Save this if Pinterest is starting to feel overwhelming 🤍
Your wedding doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.
