Your most frequently asked
floral questions
How much do wedding flowers cost?
Wedding flower investment varies depending on the scale of your designs, the size of your venue, and the level of styling involved.
Most couples spend between £2,000 and £5,500 for personal, ceremony and reception flowers, with more extensive installations requiring a larger investment.
If you’re unsure what you might need, don’t worry – I can guide you once I know your venue, guest numbers, and priorities. For a detailed breakdown of how costs work, you can also read my guide: How to Budget for Wedding Flowers.
What are your payment terms?
To secure your wedding date, a £75 non-refundable booking fee is required. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day.
- Flexible payment plans are available for couples who prefer to spread the cost (service charge applies)
- Payments are invoiced and made via bank transfer
- Cancellations & refunds – All terms are outlined in my T&Cs
Are there any venue restrictions I should be aware of?
Each venue has its own guidelines and limitations, which I carefully navigate during the planning process.
- Candle restrictions? Many venues don’t allow open flames, but I offer a full range of beautiful LED taper candles for the same romantic glow
- Limited setup time? My team ensures a seamless and efficient installation so your florals are styled to perfection, no matter the time constraints
- Hanging installations? Some venues have restrictions on floral suspensions, but I will liaise directly with your coordinator to confirm what’s possible
How do you ensure sustainability in your business?
Sustainability is at the heart of Hibiscus Floral Design. I am committed to reducing waste, supporting ethical practices, and making eco-conscious choices throughout my work.
