This is such a great venue for repurposing floral designs throughout your day. I would say that the only area that really does need to stay where it is, is the bar reception drinks area inside.
The florals placed on the large table at the front of the ceremony room work really well as a statement focal point which can then be repurposed onto the sideboard in front of the large mirror in the main barn.
Aisle meadow floral designs can be moved after the ceremony and placed along the front of the top table or around the base of the cake table.
Chair end posies can be repurposed into bud vases around the bar area or used on the chairs of your top table.
We can absolutely stay onsite and take care of moving designs around. Please do chat to me during our consultation about this and I can make sure an onsite turn around fee is included in your proposal. Should it be a simple move of arrangements then the venue are usually happy to do this for you, but please do check with them that they have the staff to accomodate this request for you.

I’d look to create floral designs that seamlessly fit within the neutral green spaces Primrose have. Pulling inspiration from the green trees and the neutral interior design elements;
A pair of statement urns outside the entrance to the venue to set the scene which could be moved into the dining barn once guests are in the ceremony or left where they are for group photographs after the ceremony/confetti line.
A large statement floral design on the drinks area reception table surrounded with tea lights, tapered candles and accent bud vases of flowers.
A mixture of tall floral designs on gold stands with bud vases and coloured tapered candles nestled underneath them alternating with low table designs again with coloured candles and candlestick hire.
Lastly a beautiful country styled meadow around the base of the cake table which lends itself perfectly for the cake cutting photos.
